SMS / Text Messaging Programs
Brand: InstaCoverage (operated by Ramsay Jean-Jacques). We operate two separate text messaging programs, each with its own separate, optional consent. Consent to either program is not a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing any product or service.
Non-marketing (transactional and informational) program
If you check the non-marketing consent box, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from InstaCoverage (Ramsay Jean-Jacques), including quote delivery, verification codes, and appointment or callback reminders.
Separately from either program, when you submit the quote form we send a single one-time verification code by text message to confirm the number you provided belongs to you. This security message is sent at your request when you submit the form, is disclosed at the point of collection, and does not enroll you in any recurring messaging program.
Marketing program
If you separately check the marketing consent box, you consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages about health coverage options, special enrollment periods, and plan updates from InstaCoverage (Ramsay Jean-Jacques).

After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time or reply START, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
